Reservation Policy |
| Our reservation policy is intended to be fair with our guest and yet prevent loss of income. Once we reserve a unit for a |
| guest, we request a deposit and remove that room from the market, refusing all other request for it. To receive a full refund a |
| guest must cancel his or her reservation 21 days prior to arrival date. If a guest cancels a reservation within 21 days of his or |
| her scheduled arrival date, we will refund after we fill this reservation completely with another guest. The balance of room |
| rent is due upon arrival with Cash, Check, Master Card, Visa, Money Order or Travelers Checks. |
Group Reservations of 3 or more units must be paid in full 30 days before arrival. |
